The lawsuit claims that TSC violated Washington State rest and meal break laws between December 12, 2014, and May 5, 2020. More specifically, the lawsuit claims that TSC failed to provide its non-exempt employees with full 30-minute meal breaks and 10-minute rest breaks in conformity with the requirements of Washington law. TSC has denied the claims.
Judge Mafé Rajul of King County Superior Court is overseeing this Class Action. The Case is known as Johnson v. Tractor Supply Co., Case No. 19-2-01975-1-KNT (the “Case”).
